Delivery
Every pair is made when you order it, so the clock has two halves: making and moving. Both are below, with the honest number rather than the flattering one.

Small orders, one to four pairs
Two to four working days to make your pair, then seven in transit. Nine working days is the quickest it lands. Delivery in the UK is free.
Allow four more working days at busy times — the run-up to Christmas, Father’s Day and Valentine’s Day are the three that matter. If your socks are for a particular date, order early rather than close, and if it is tight, email us first and we will tell you honestly whether it will make it.
Bulk orders, ten pairs and up
Ten to fourteen working days from the moment you approve the proof, delivered in the UK. Most of the industry quotes six weeks for the same thing.
The clock starts at proof approval, not at enquiry — so the faster you come back on the proof, the sooner it ships.
Where we ship
Free delivery anywhere in the United Kingdom. We ship internationally; the cost is shown at checkout for small orders and quoted for bulk. Duties and import taxes outside the UK are the recipient’s responsibility.
Your address
We print and ship to the address you give us. Check it before you order — once a parcel is with the courier we cannot recall it, and a re-send to a corrected address is a new order.
Every pair is checked
Before it ships, each pair is checked against the print file you approved. It is a small thing that catches the expensive mistakes.
If it is late
If your order passes the estimate above, email hello@shakamerch.com and we will chase it and tell you what we find. If a delay is our fault or our courier’s and the socks are no longer any use to you, we will refund you. Our full position on delays is in our terms of sale.
