What if I don't like how it looks?
Then you don't buy it. You are looking at the real print file before you have spent anything, no account and no email required, so the moment you decide is before any money changes hands rather than after a parcel turns up. And if what arrives doesn't match what was on your screen, we reprint it.
Will the print actually look like the preview?
Yes — the preview is generated from the same file we print from. 360° digital printing holds photographic detail, which is why we can show you the real thing on screen rather than an artist's impression.
Can I put my dog on them?
It's our most-ordered product. Dogs, cats, horses, hamsters — any clear photo of the face, up to three across one pair, and the third one is included like the rest.
How fast is delivery, really?
Straight, because a gift with a date on it deserves a straight answer. Two to four working days to make your pair, then seven in transit — so nine working days is the quickest it lands, and that is the date the banner at the top of this page counts to. Allow four more on top at busy times; however chilled we are, couriers and print queues have opinions of their own. If you are ordering for a particular day, order early rather than close — that is the only advice on this page we would give a friend.
Can I return them?
Not for a change of mind — every pair is printed with your photo, so it cannot go back on a shelf, and personalised goods are exempt from the usual 14-day cancellation right. We would rather say that here than bury it. What you get instead is better for a gift: if there is anything actually wrong — a fault, or it does not match what you saw on screen — tell us and we will reprint it, free, without an argument. If a reprint is not what you want, we refund you.
